ABOUT US:

Children of the World Adoption Agency, Inc. (CWAA) is a not-for-profit organization, incorporated in the State of New York since 1995. We specialize in placing foreign-born orphans with American citizens -both married couples and singles. We are licensed by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation and have been placing Russian born children for more than fourteen years.

It is our philosophy that children should be raised in a nurturing family where they will have greater opportunities to develop their potential.

We understand that the quality of life of many couples and singles would be improved by the addition of a child or children to their family. We cannot forget that many children remain behind in the foreign orphanages and medical institutions and we try to help improve their life through donations of money, medicine and material goods. At the present time, we are involved in international adoption programs in the Russian Federation.

The President and Executive Director of CWAA is Justin Herscovici, L.L.M. a graduate of Moscow Lomonosov University School of Law and Bucharest University School of Law. He received a Master's Degree in International Legal Studies from New York University School of Law.
