NGO Registration and Authorization
The Representative Office of the Not-For-Profit Corporation, “Children of the World Adoption Agency, Inc.” in the Russian Federation has been granted NGO Status. Evidence of this status is the registration in the Federal Register of the Federal Registration Agency-Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation under N0. 23 of September 6, 2006.   

The Representative Office of the United States of America’s Not-For-Profit Corporation, “Children of the World Adoption Agency, Inc.” in the Russian Federation has been authorized on December 14, 2007,  by the Russian Ministry of Education and Science (MES), to execute activities  related to the adoption of children on the territory of the Russian Federation  (MES Order N0. 357). Based on the MES Order N0. 357, issued on December 19, 2007, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation issued AUTHORIZATION N0. 33 formally authorizing “Children of the World Adoption Agency, Inc.” to execute activities related to the adoption of children on the territory of the Russian Federation.

Note: This Authorization is timely unlimited and may be revoked by a Revocation Order of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science in the event of violations of current Russian Federation legislation.
