why CWAA? : We are licensed by the State of New York and accredited by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. We have two programs in Russia: the city of Moscow and the city of St. Petersburg. We pride ourselves on personal service. While we have families all over the United States, those who reside in the New York tri-state area have the advantage of meeting and working with us personally during the entire adoption process. We understand the anxieties and concerns which prospective adoptive parents experience, and are happy to guide our families through this difficult process by providing assistance, support and information. Our families have unlimited access to our staff - day and night. We will discuss all pros and cons of the various adoption programs and will recommend the one best suited to your specific situation. We have professional, experienced Russian-English speaking staff who are constantly in contact with the Russian authorities, children's institutions, courts, and the American Embassy in Moscow. We have the legal expertise necessary to keep up with the changes in the Russian Federation adoption laws and regulations which may affect the adoption process.
